Delivery & Returns

Do you ship overseas?  

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.  If you require additional information on shipping, please feel free to contact us and we will offer alternatives where we can.

How long will it take to get my order?  

It depends on where you are. Orders to UK, generally take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?  

We use Royal Mail, DPD Local & UPS as our preferred courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my products?  

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Where can I buy your products?  

Our products can be purchased via our shop. We offer all of our current products and fragrances online and are able to ship worldwide.  If you would prefer to experience our products in store, please contact us and we will provide more detailed information on local stockists.

 

Are your products vegan and cruelty free? 

Yes, all of our Boutique products are vegan and cruelty free. We don’t use any ingredients produced from an animal or an animal by-products. This means that traditional ingredients like beeswax, honey, collagen, lanolin and keratin are not used in our range. You can see our full Vegan Promise here.   

 

Do your products contain parabens? 

No, all of our products are paraben free

 

Do your products contain SLS? 

No, all of our products are SLS free

 

Do your products contain Palm Oil? 

No, all of our products are palm oil free

 

Where are your products manufactured? 

Boutique products are all developed and made in England
